Managing teams of dressers, makers, assistants, budgets, timelines, bump in/outs, and much more are just a few skills Lily has learnt and fallen in love with.

One of Lily’s passions is to create loving and comfortable working environments for everyone within the stressful place of the costume department. No matter your role or experience she will support and treat you with the same respect. She loves watching her team succeed while laughing and enjoying their job.

She not only enjoys working with her own department but with all the creative disciplines that come together to create art. She has experience working with a number of departments giving her a well-rounded knowledge of what they need and how costumes relate to them.
